We at Best Wishes believe customer satisfaction is the number one priority. We recognize that Best Wishes does not have the name recognition of larger sites, and customers may be hesitant to order from a company that they are not familiar with.

Shipping Rates

Within the Contiguous United States, with UPS Ground service.  Our shipping rates are as follows:

Orders over $100 - FREE
Orders less than $100 - $8.95

Next Day Air Saver, Second or Third Day delivery shipments are calculated based on the weight or boxsize of the product ordered. The estimated charge will be displayed during the checkout process after you choose Next Day Air Saver, Second or Third Day Delivery. We will contact you if the shiping rate is more. Orders that are to be shipped via 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight may have a 1 day processing time.

Outside the US, we ship all products using US insured Airmail. When the order is placed, there will be an initial charge of $25 US. Then the package goes to the post office and the actual charge is determined. If the actual charge is less than $25 US, then we will credit your account the difference. If the actual charge is more than $25 US, we will charge your account the difference. We will contact you if the charge is over $75 US.

Orders to an APO box will be shipped via the US Post Office and their rates will be applied to the order. 

Please note, orders may take 1 business day to process.

International Shipments - will be delivered in 12 - 15 business days, unless otherwise notified by email.

Free Service

If you wish your item gift wrapped, please indicate so on the comments form. We are happy to wrap your purchase and enclose a gift card free of charge if the ordered item is being sent directly from our store. Some drop ship items can not be gift wrapped, we will enclose a gift card if this is the case.

Order Processing

Most orders are filled the next day and are shipped out using UPS to ensure prompt delivery. Express delivery see above for shipping costs. Once an order has been placed an e-mail confirmation will be sent out, including a link were you can go and check the status of your order at anytime. Another e-mail status will be sent when your order is shipped. You can also call us toll free to check the status of an order.

Return Policy and Breakages

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service and merchandise. All of our items carry a 30-day money back guarantee as long as they are returned in the same mint condition with packaging as received. If it is returned without proper packaging then a 15% deduction will be applied. If you do not wish to keep the undefective item you must return it at your shipping expense for a refund of the purchase price (you get full credit for merchandise, but not shipping cost). If you return merchandise that originally qualified you for free shipping, you will be credited the purchase price less the shipping costs that were incurred on the original shipment. Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Collectible items over $500.00, and special order items will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

If an item arrives broken, we will be happy to replace the item at no cost to you. Please let us know immediately when an item has arrived broken, we need this information to properly make a claim with UPS. If too much time has alloted and the breakage has not been reported, we may be unable to claim, making it hard for us to provide you with a replacement. If you cannot let us know immediately, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the broken shipment. We can not accept in any way claims for breakage or shortage more than 30 days after the date of delivery.
